Chad arrived within a half hour on Sat when we woke up to no water. Spent 30/40 min thoroughly checking where frozen pipe could be, even in 2 crawl spaces in neg temps. He found it had to be in utility room & gave instructions on how to warm room with heater, etc, as well as instructions on what to do if/when water came back on to prevent burst pipes. And all for no charge, was free estimate. He even checked in later to see if any luck yet. He’d said it could take a few hours to a day to thaw, & sure enough next day water came on. He was spot on where frozen pipe was. Chad then spent time on phone answering questions & giving instructions to avoid freezing again. It would’ve cost hundreds to thousands if he hadn’t given honest advice to try thawing it myself first, giving his time & expertise. An honest plumber that saves you money if possible & truly cares to help you is rare. My kids & I are incredibly grateful to Chad, def recommend Cosmic plumbing!
